I'm alittle confused Pump Scout, I've heard your comments about never having, had, or will buy any Smart Parts product. Then I saw this post in the Shocker forum below from you about their horrible customer service and jumping hoops to spend your money with them. Care to clear that up, or are you playing both sides of the fence? I deal with SP on a regular basis and have never had a problem with their service, been cut off etc. Razor Every e-mail I've ever sent them has gone unanswered, and when I've tried calling them, I've been "dropped", hung up on, and looped through a machine that deposited me... nowhere. I'm not alone in that issue, either. I know a number of people who have had similar experiences. It's not that some of the people here detest SP solely based on what they're currently up to (although that's enough, in my book). Some of us have been trampled upon as customers for a very long time. I'm through jumping through SP's hoops to try to give my money to them. I'd bet there are plenty of other companies that would be more than happy to have me as a customer. : : : : "Sorry" in advance for ranting, but I think there is a conspiracy afoot... : The top teams are going to use whatever is provided to them by their sponsors. Case in point: LA Ironmen will not be seen ANYWHERE shooting a gun fitted with a Freak. DYE wouldn't stand for it... they give their team Boomsticks to shoot. : Ben Kohnen, Limited Pump Paintball
