My first choice would be the Dye 10" aluminum (mine mikes out at .690"). The CP 10" aluminum is priced very reasonably, and also should perform well; it's available in a .689" bore (as well as .685 and .693). Add a drop forward that sets your tank up a ways and you have a great speedball setup.
