I play tournaments with both a Cocker and a Bushy. They both have the same range if the paint to barrel fit is good. As previously posted, the Bushy is very light and handy. It will also throw paint like an Angel, which my Cocker (even with the pivot trigger) can not be expected to do. More importantly, it is easier for most people to snap shoot a Bushy than a Cocker. The Cocker is a more stable shooting platform since it's heavier and has nil perceived recoil. Thus, for long distance shooting it can have the edge, but not because of inherent accuracy, rather because of controllability. Practice with the Bushy can help overcome this. Hope this helps.
