freak barrel for bushy??

does s/p make a freak back for icd threads? if not could i buy a cocker one and have some one mill it to fit it. or should i have someone mill my bushy to fit a cocker barrel? and how much would this cost. if i sent it in to get vaporised could the barrel milling be done there?
