I've never used the Lapco, however I do have a 14" J&J Ceramic and am VERY pleased with its performance. It's very accurate under 75 feet and over 75 feet, it's not too bad. It's also one of the quietest barrels I've heard. In fact, when I first shot through it, I thought I was shooting at a low fps, but found I was actually shooting hot when I checked it.

Hope this helps...

: I have a M98 and I just purchased a JandJ ceramic, but now i have doubts because ive been hearing very positive reviews for the lapco big shot, so with anyones help, which barrel is better. Thanx.
