I play rec ball also but I just played in my first turny on Sunday. I was using my J&J Pro 1 14inch. It worked fine, didnt have any breaks, and had great acc. But I there was a desire for range. So for the last two matches I went to my second generation flatline (blue tip), and got 4 out of 6 kills in the opening min. I know you dont care about the flatline but that is my first choice right now.
I would suggest pbreview.com to see what other people say.
