how gas effecient is the custome 98 & pro lite ?

Guys I'm using a 9oz c02 tank with my Hammer pump.
Will this tank do ok with the 98 or prolite or do I need to get a 20oz c02 ? Also about how many rounds can I fire using a 9oz tank ?
