The only guns I know that are electros and 250 bucks are rainmakers (they are OOK,but I would look for better) and spyders or spyder rips with electro triggerframes. Either way,t hey are still very mechanical in operation compared to the pneumatics of Angels or IMPs, and thus they have pneumatic problems. I would be more likely to suggest just staying high pressure and running N2, this is possible. Then maybe a reactive trigger, to speed things up a bit. Otherwise, the 250 range can get you a good spyder or electro trigger spyder, get you closer to a cocker and a standard mag with nothing but grip, body, and internals. If you are thinking about spending 250, and want a new gun, just save a little more up and get a better gun for about 100 bucks more, you won't regret it.
