Do not worry dude, that is supposed to be there. It is a rubber break that takes the force off of the the rear bolt. It is officially called the Buffer-O-Ring. it is supposed to be abler to move free within the gun. If you take your marker apart, remember to replace that part exactly, just like everything else in the gun.
