Can only tell you what I have "seen with own eyes".

Have seen vast improvement over stock barrel with a J&J Ceramic 12". DO chrono after installation though as the velocity really jumped up with the J&J.

Are there "better"? Perhaps yes, perhaps no.

As for how accurate - the variables, opinions, etc. are endless.
