I also have a tippy 98 and had the same upgrade problems. First off go for a barrel, dye boomy or flatline for a sniper, and maybe if u want a new grip, such as a DYE sticky. Next either go for a new hopper or a double trigger. If you have the money go for the NItro upgrade, and if u like sniping purchase a scope. this is just my opion so buy whatever floats your boat.
