Pro-Lite problem

Hi there, i'm having a bit of a problem with my pro-lite, it seems to have lost it's semi-auto-ness. The bolt doesn't come all of the way back after firing, i need to pull it another 1/2cm or so, it's not low gas, it's not that it's not oiled, i don't know what else it could be.
