First the razor barrel has sucked every time I have seen them in action, and i have seen them many times in action. I would recommend smart parts, or Dye. The extra little bit of cash makes a huge difference. I would recommend the barrel first, that will be one big increase in accuracy, especially at range. However, as soon as you can get a stabilizer on it. I applaud the fact that you learned enough to get a regulator instead of an expansion chamber. More koodos for the fact that you picked one of the best, but the barrel will be the biggest initial upgrade.
