I usually look at posts and agree with everyone with the first upgrade. It should alswys be a barrel. The J&J is probably, no is, the best barrel to go with in your case. But in my opinion
the ceramic is the better barrel than the Pro 1, I am sure you will get others not agreeing with me but I have played with both and I choose the Ceramic. Plus it goes better with the paint you use.
