Here are my upgrades, and why.

1) Progressive Barrel : $50 The stock barrel is really rough inside. There were burrs in the porting area that would rip the occasional ball. I decided to just upgrade to a longer barrel (12") with a better quality bore.

2) Drop forward with On/Off valve : $30 I got a 20oz CO2 tank to start with. The gun really was too long to balance well with the tank hanging off of the back. I don't have to unhook lines, or unscrew the tank to shut the gas off between rounds.

3) HPA tank and cover - composite 68/3000 : $150 I thought the CO2 was freezing up the gun (turned out to be hammer friction). I wanted to make the marker more consistant. I noticed a small jump in consistancy at the chrono... no more cold hands after railing off a few.

4) Low Pressure Kit : $75 Same reason as getting the HPA. Can run down in the 300psi range (comfortably) for sub 250fps. Currently running at 500psi for the ability to pop off paint at 280fps under various practice conditions.

5) GenX2 regulator - Needed a regulator for the LP kit. Wanted to be able to switch back to CO2 if the field can't do HPA fills. Have been able to set and forget... Am currently running +/- 5fps at the chrono.
