: I have been wanting to install a cyclone feed on my 98 custom for some time.
: has any one did this? does it work well? how did you do it? what did it cost?

I would say this isnt possible at the current time. Until someone designs some kind of kit to work the cyclone on a 98, it wont happen. It will also be VERY expensive because the cyclone feeding system relies on the movement and position of the A-5's internals, which are very different and much more complicated than those of the M98.
However, this is just as far as i know, and someone may have done this already, and i just havent heard of it.

Hope I helped
