if it is your 98 body that is the problem and you don't want to/can't afford to spring for a new half you can go to any auto parts store and do 1 of two things buy some heli coil and rebuild the threads or fill in completely with some cold weld like jb weld and redrill re-thread the hole. Is cheaper and a good fix.
