i had about the same problem, i had just put my gun back together and was tryin it out, after about 10-15 shots it wouldnt fully cock, i took it apart and couldnt see much wrong, but when i started playin with the rear bolt o-ring it just fell off, it split in one spot, for some reason the ring hardened up and became brittle, it wasnt like rubber/nylon/whatever, it was like a hard plastic, well in any case a new one solved all my problems
