I'm going to make the assumption that you are running on CO2, so here would be my suggestions;

1) Anti-Siphon on a 20oz tank
2) If you got $100 to spend, the Freak Starter Barrel, .687 insert seems to be most universal to me. If you are on a budget and shooting medium size paint, then seriously look at the CP 1 Piece barrel with .685 bore. Otherwise, I'd look at the Smart Parts Progressive, Teardrop, Lapco Bigshot, Dye Excel, or J&J Ceramic barrels.
3) Palmer Stabilizer- by comparison especially on the long term, expansion chambers are a waste of money compared to the good old Palmer.
