Thinking of buying lp kit

Would it be better to just buy a hpa tank or should I buy the low pressuere kit and a tank If so what kind of reg. should I use I was thinking palmer stabilizer?
Also I heard its better to put a high pressure tank on the low pressure kit is that true?
