no no no no no

i had the same thing happen to me, when i slowly let my bolt foward it felt like it sould hit something, and it is, its hitting the power tube

but it dosent under normal firing conditions, why is this you ask, very simple actually

the rear hammer or bolt in the tippmann isnt a perfect in the two halves of the gun, it can move around, when you are holding onto the cocking pin as you let it go something happens, you are putting leverage on the rear bolt, so it is actually twisted slightly inside the gun, so when you let it go the rest of the way foward it hits the power tube

it shouldnt be anything to worry about

all tippys do this, unless the power tube is cracking or something weird because of it

which shouldnt be happening b/c of what you described anyways

but just again no problem all is normal
