I see people are still rude about their answers, you asked 2 very straight questions and got nothing but fluff.

the 98c has 2 dove tail mounts on it already in stock form the m98 i think has 1, no matter the adco sight is what you should get, the flat line will not work with a sight it covers the stock mounts up, you could try a raised sight rail, but if you read down this page you will see a flatline is not considered worth it, for the price get a changeable bore barrel

and your stock, virtually all will fit a tippy, you have to find the right length and remember you have to still mount your tank.

: I have a M98 and am looking to attach a scope (red dot only, not laser), and a different stock, I already have the collapsable stock, but want something that would let me put the velocity adjustor on. My questions are these: 1.) For the scope - what brand should I get and do I need a rail attachment to have it on my marker?
: 2.) For the new stock - I saw @ paintballgateway.com a Lapco drop forward that seemed my style and wasn't too expensive, but do I need to make sure that it is compatible with my m98 or drop forwards that don't mention a particular brand made for a universal fit? Also, for the stock, I was thinking of going with the Dye "L" stock, again in-expensive and it gets the job done. Would anyone have any experience using these products? Are they any good? Oh- one more thing concerning the sight rail - I am also planning on getting the Flatline barrel system and I would like to know if there is a universal fit for the scope or, again, do I need a rail specifically for that barrel system? Thanks.
