I personally hate the sights on the 98 custom and was woundering if I should get the lapco raised sight rail, it seems that the stock sights would get in the way of any type of sight that I add on. With the stock sights I have to tilt my head too much to aim, and it's not very comfortable. I'm basically looking for a sight that is raised more than the stock one but doesn't use batteries. Is the lapco rasied sight rail good by itself?
