Like a "Drop Backward"?

I've never seen or heard of something specifically marketed as such, but most normal DFs can simply be turned around for the same effect. If it's an angled DF (eg: the tank is angled down rather than parallel to the body/barrel of the marker), it would be a bit awkward, but for straight DFs, the tank will still be parallel, just facing the opposite direction.
