: I came across the Equation Design Multiple Switch barrel system while looking for a barrel for my gun. It has teflon inserts that adjust the barrel to up to 6 different sizes. Sounds similar to the Freak System. Has anyone heard of this, used it, or know how well it works? I have a Custom 98, and I'm starting to look at upgrades. Any input would be helpful. Thanks. There are quite a few freak clones out there. ACI has the Phat system, and the Equation. Theres also the ARADUS barrel. They all do the same thing. Only difference is quality. SP makes good barrels. They were also the original. I'm very partial to SP because of the freak system. There's only one company in my opinion that's better than SP and that's Dye. But they don't have an inserted Barrel like SP. If you get a new barrel go for one with inserts. it does wonders with accuracy.
