I had some designs for a Barrel/ bolt, the reciever would block up the hole while th bareel rotated. It would have three barrels, ever Play Halo? It would look similar to the Gatling gun on the Warthog. As a hand held marker it might be impractical, unless it came with a cool tri-pod and used as a heacy gun emplacement in scenario games, requiring a two-three man team for transport and reloading while firing. It had slots for two hoppers, or accomodation for a custom 500 round drum that had a built in warp-feed type feeder hose. If it were me, it'd retail for around 300 for the gatling gun, and 150 for the 500 round drum.

Is that cool or is my head too high in the clouds for a safe landing?
