I have used them both, I can't say that one is better then the other. I think the accuracy is the same, however I like my freak better for a few reasons. It looks good on my gun for one. When performance is the same, I go for form, and it looks better on my gun. I like the fact that when I do get a new gun, I just have to buy one new back, not five. I do like the fact I have 8 sizes instead of 5. However, I do think the styling of the Pipe is good, but not on my gun. I think that the color options for it are in some ways better on the pipe. The backs are tougher then the inserts, but I have never had a problem with bending, just don't be an idiot with them and you will be fine. Personally, I think it is kinda a toss up.
