I'd like to see them use the engine Medal of Honor: Frontline used, with the pysics and stuff added. Or, if you're looking for a much more action-oriented title that is only going to be semi-realistic, Max Payne's engine would be quite nice. Bullet time in paintball sounds like a funny idea.
