: me and my dad play paintball in the dark all the time and i need some new tactics or plans or something that could help me email me at jrjenot@charter.net

Rent the movie Bodyguard, with Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. Repeatedly watch the scene where he is shooting at the stalker in the snow in the woods. He closes his eyes and listens for sounds, then unloads in that direction. Seriously though, you can hear great to discern direction of a threat with your eyes closed at night.

As far as moving, look up Ninja sites on the web that offer tactics and movement advice. You'll find the way they run to cover ground that will keep you low and stabile. Sorry I don't have a link, but go to like yahoo and type keywords ninja, movement, training, that should get you started.

Jason
