 It does, and it is a good loader, more ball capactiy too. However, it isn't as fast as the halo, or as tough as I have noticed. My old halo I still see around today, tough it is because the guy is graceless. My bro had a evo2, snapped the lid off of it on the third day of play or so. Also, while I haven't seen it dump 35 bps, i know it will easliy do 20 bps. I recommend halo
