: I've messed with them just to chrono into a box, they feed alittle slower than paintballs, but velocity is consistent with paintball. I assume your talking about the Rufus Dawg balls. Haven't tried them for target shooting simply because I do not have a trap.

-----whatever you do DO NOT shoot them at a concrete wall the bounce all over the place mine did but my friends didnt make you think a lil
