go to your local store and try on different packs, see which are comfortable, and what pods they have. do you want 100's or 140's? for the tank, how much to you want to spend? all you need is a 850psi preset. pmi makes good tanks, but there are a lot of options. its all about shopping around, seeing what you like, and trying what you like if possible.
