By the way, when you call, ask to speak to the techs, or tech group, they are usually much more cool about sending a free replacement piece than anyone in a so called "customer service group" I broke the feed neck of my Viewloader once, called them direct, and they sent me a new shell free, my choice of color! I just transferred the electronics to the new shell. Just last week I called Worr Games and they sent me 4 new locking pins for my Autococker bolt, free of charge. Both times I spoke to the techs, not customer service. Good luck!
