My brother has a brand new Flash and is having the same problem. Played with the gun for the first time and it stutters, and then sometimes the bolt will lock up. At one point it even broke the O rings on the bolt. I have an older Flash and have not had this problem, any problems actually. I thought it was possible that he wasn't getting a good seal on the bolt, but I really have no clue. The gun has been oiled. He broke it down completely today, cleaned and oiled it and the same thing keeps happening.

I've had such good luck with my Flash, and now I feel guilty for recommending it to him.
