Along with what everyone else has said... Rather than changing the Barrel, try adding a regulator. I have a Palmers Stabalizer on my Mag, occasionaly I have put it on my Raptor to "gun down" when I was going to be playing with a bunch of newbies. I noticed marked improvent in accuracy. In addition, your velocity will be more stable during hot weather, it is not a miricle cure but it helps and generaly costs less than Nitro. You can pick up a stabalizer reg for about $99
