Low pressure is such a buzz word, but it really doesn't do much to let us know what you want. What's your goal operating pressure? A lot more has to be done to a spyder to get it to operate at 300psi than it does to get it down to 450psi. At a bare minimum you need a regulator--one that will flow well at low pressure and can handle co2 like a palmer, or a WGP Ergo. Kingman regulators don't flow well at low pressure so don't use one of those. The next thing you'll want to buy is a spring kit--something with valve springs (maddman or 32 degrees). Use a light valve spring and medium main spring. You should be in the 500psi range with just a reg and some springs. To go lower you'll NEED a new valve. I suggest a taso turbo valve and pin, as they're cheap and work well. With the valve you should be able to get down to 400psi or lower. Other things you may want, in order of importance: -Good lp barrel (lapco or CP)
-Lapco or blackmagic cupseal (seals often leak at lower pressures unless upgraded)
-Modified or aftermarket bolt (usually only good for 10-20fps improvement--if any)
