: Not familiar with a spyder model called victor.

: Is it another spyder knockoff?

: Isn't working as in screwing it in or out has no effect.

: Or you can't get it adjusted to the velocity you need?

: If the former, try removing or loosening ONE screw that holds the velocity screw housing in the receiver. Then loosen the other.

: Then adjust the velocity. Sometimes the screws are too long and pinches the spring. So the velocity screw doesn't change the spring tension.
