I tried the Rocket valve when I was using a Pure Energy inline and had horrible consistecy, swings of 40 fps were common. I also could never get the Rocket to stop leaking, not from a lack of trying either. I went back to my stock inline and bought an Orracle valve kit and have had excellent results, (sweetspotted) 290-300 psi operating pressure @ 285 fps with +/- 2 fps variance. Hope it helps, and boycott Palmer! Razor : As long as you have a good regulator, you shouldn't have too much trouble. However, you if you plan on using a cheap reg, then expect drop off at high rof, bad consistancy, or both. However, if you got a palmer, pure energy, something decent or good, then I wouldn't worry. It is just easier to get better consistancy out of lower pressure, like 400 psi output.
