I just got an Email from PBgear.com advertising the new raven nexion. I must say that I have mixed feelings about this new marker.

The first impression was that this gun looks sweeeet!!! By far the best looking spyder ever. Then I read the specs. the new trigger not only looks great but it also has a game timer, shot counter and battery level indicator. They also slanted the vertical adapter to give it that custom autococker look. The drop foreward seems to be extended a little too. It even has the first smart verticle feed adapter I've ever seen.

With all these "real" upgrades (unlike the electra) you can expect it to be more expensive, but $400, ouch! I mean it's nice and all, but it is still a spyder blowback. It will perform just like all the other spyders in years past. I can understand why Kingman is skeptical about upgrading the internals of the gun after falling on their faces with the EM1 though. Maybe the marketing guys know more about this than me and these things will sell like hotcakes.

It is just my opinion that kingman should spend some more time in R&D and less time in making the gun look good if they want to sell it for more than a stock autococker. Does anyone agree or disagree?

Talk to me people!!!
