Normally, to switch modes, simply turn it on, then push the button once for burst or twice for auto. If you pull the trigger in any mode, then push the button twice to get it into the next mode. To get to the higher rate of fire, switch to burst or auto, then hold the button until it flashes, release the button, push it again to change the ROF/led color, then hold it until it stops flashing.
