i'd say they're all about as accurate, since most pumps basically work on the same basic princibles it's mostly the barrel and consistantcy of the gass supply. as far as stock, pumps i'd say a phantom, but you can also get a lower end pump for around say $50. and then get a good barrel for say another $50. and have something pretty accurate for alot less than the phantom.

probably the easist pump to run low pressure would be a sniper 2.
