The "slick 50" modification has been around for a few years and has its proponents. If you'll recall this is the gunk you pour in with an oil change and the heat of your engine bakes it onto the piston heads/cylinder walls. It is supposed to cut down on friction, and that is what gave pballers the idea to boil their hammers and bolts in it. I haven't done it, nor do I endorse it, but that is what it is. WD-40 won't really do anything for you except weaken any O-ring seals it comes in contact with. Always use a NON-petroleum based lubricant in your gun. Paintgun oil is good, air tool oil and even Automatic transmission fluid will work. Just no gun (firearm) oil, WD-40, etc.

As for the laser, I am certain if you look at the instructions or box it will contain dire warnings about shooting it at people's eyes. That is because laser light is highly focused and concentrated. It WILL damage a retina, -even a little keychain laser. The kind you got is much more powerful and will do more damage. Think of the poor person of questionable parentage who sticks his head out from behind a bunker and catches an eyeful of your laser. Laser sights really have no business on a paintball field, and yours is more dangerous than most.

Play safe.

: Hey i am just saying what the box is saying. But thanks for your point of view. Does Slick 50 work better that WD-40 Because I just used WD-40 in a small tub and let it sit out on a hot day in the sun?? Now back to the Laser it runs on two batteriesand they aren't button bateries. Now when I got the laser I got it too fit on a long ruler for putting down the foundation of my house. After I was done with it I took it off and put it on my gun.I personally don't think it is that powerful I think that just the company that made it thinks it is powerfull. i just used that specific laser because that is what i had laying around and it had a bracket on it.
