Either the internals (seals or Bolt most likely) in your Sniper II are in need of an overhual=shakey sound beore it goes 'kaput; or the Sniper III is a better design. . .I always thought so, even though it wasn't as convienent for electro-conversion. Take them appart and check it out from the inside--your answer is probibly there.
