I owned one for about 6 months. It had a silky-smooth pump action and was amazingly accurate with a 14" AA barrel. I was in love. Then, I broke the tip of the sear off. No idea how, but I did. For months I tried to find parts, but nobody in APG carried anything for Sterlings. Since they're made in England, you just can't get parts. I finally traded it off with a sigh. It would have to be one of my all-time favorite markers, but it was causing me too much pain and time to fix. I'll second the recommendation of CCI's customer service. My Phantom is still going strong after 5+ years.

: Does anybody know anything about the sterling pump, specifically how it compares to the phantom? thank you very much.
