Well, one way is to cut springs, but that's not real reliable and costly in the long run. CCI has a bolt with what is called a tuned port compensator. This adjust the flow through the bolt. That would be what you are looking for.
The whole thing is listed as part #9048 - Bolt (TPC) assembly. It's on his site for $15.50 and is a good investment in my mind.

: Ya my friend has one of tose slots on his phantom to adjust velocity but i dont, thats why i was wondering about this. Is there another way to adjust velocity or do i need to buy something from mike? Thanks,
