I have a story that kind of bashes speedballers, and shows how it doesn't take a lot of specialized skill be a good speedballer...

There was a guy at my field who was demostrating to the referees his shinny new Angel IR3 (back when they were new). He was showing how fast he could shoot it (by dry firing, he's not that wasteful), and was averaging about 10-11 rounds per second. Not too bad, I thought. Since I had never before fired an Angel, I asked him if I could have a go at it. It turns out that I have a very twitchy finger, and rattled off 12rps, without walking my fingers on the trigger. He was astounded, especially after I pulled on my ghillie suit and ran into the woods...

See him in my crosshairs (which I did later)!!
