: This is going to seem really weird to a lot of you in here, I suspect... but here goes; And more thoughts.... A couple of years back I visited Airgun Designs' office in Chicago. Tom Kaye showed me a beautiful flintlock paintgun. It seems that when the Treasure Island casino in Vegas was under construction they considered a paintball shooting gallery. They had AGD build a prototype which was essentially an Automag built into the stock and fittings of a CVA Enfield (or similar) kit. It was still breech fed, and functioned in semi-auto as a normal Automag (and needed gas fed to it through a remote line) but it was an absolutely beautiful paintgun. Alas, Treasure Island opted to go with optical technology for their shooting gallery. See you on the field, |
