rubber bands and silencers

Wrapping rubber bands around the tank (if it is a metal CO2 tank) seems to be very effective at deadening tank ping. I also have a plastic buttstock on the end of it, which also seems to have some effect in that department. With regard to silencers, I agree that traditional designs for them do effect accuracy (I have experiance to prove it), but I recently had an idea that I plan on testing which I don't think would effect accuracy, and would be very effective. Once I build and test it, I'll post the plans here. I'll keep everone updated on my progress. See ya in my crosshairs!! Steve
