Take your power tube to the local hardware store and find one that is a tight fit. Slice it as thin as you can, and it will stay there on the powertube. It doesn't matter if it doesn't stay right on the valve.
: Umm but how do I apply the washer? Does it just stay there? Or do i need to glue it somehow?
