I'm pretty sure Punisher Customs can put a Stabilizer on the side of a Phantom.

OK, in the gallery, near the bottom, are a couple Phantoms sporting Stabs built into the valve somehow. I know I've also seen Phantoms with a Stab riding sidecar like the Mags used to get. Give Lee a buzz, but be prepared to be patient. Like most airsmiths, he's overworked, underpaid, and probably still way behind schedule.
